Accordingly, we do not provide an authority name, postal address or complaint link that has not yet been formally established.
In July 2026, Indonesia’s Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs confirmed that the government was finalising the creation of an independent Personal Data Protection Authority and the relevant Presidential Regulation.
